What is a Cricket Refill Card?

Want to give someone Cricket cell phone services as a gift? With the Cricket Refill Card, you can.

The Cricket Refill Card is a single-use card. When you redeem the card, the total balance of the Refill Card is added to your Cricket account as a credit and then applied to your account. Any unused portion remains in your account as a credit.

The Cricket Refill Card currently comes in values of $10, $25, $35, $40, $50, and $60. You can redeem the Refill Card when you make a payment via:

  • Quick Pay
  • The myCricket app
  • 1-800-CRICKET (274-2538) or *PAY (*729) from your Cricket phone
    • Automated Phone System

How do I pay with a Cricket Refill Card?

For your convenience, we offer several ways to redeem your Cricket Refill Card:

Quick Pay Online

  1. Select Quick Pay from the top of cricketwireless.com.
  2. Enter your phone number. 
  3. Select the blue arrow to the right of Cricket Refill Card.
  4. Enter your Refill Card number.
  5. Select Validate.
  6. Review your secure payment information. If you are satisfied with your payment information, select Submit Payment. Otherwise, select Edit to change your payment amount, then Submit Payment.
  7. You'll see a payment confirmation screen. Keep the confirmation number for your records. We'll also send a text to confirm your payment.

What is the myCricket App?

Need a few more days to pay your monthly service charge? No problem. BridgePay allows you to split your Cricket bill into two separate payments. As long as you get set up within seven (7) days before or after the start of your billing cycle, you'll get 7 additional days to make the second payment.

How do I set up BridgePay?

BridgePay can be set up in a Cricket store or by calling 1-800-CRICKET (1-800-274-2538) and following the prompts. Unfortunately, BridgePay setup is not offered online at this time.

However, you can make your second BridgePay payment online in My Account or via the myCricket app. When you sign in, you’ll see a message at the top of the page directing you to pay. If you already know how much money you owe, you can also make your second BridgePay payment using Quick Pay online.

You can also make your second payment in a Cricket store or using the voice prompts at 1-800-274-2538.

How does BridgePay work?

While getting seven extra days to pay your bill in full is a relief, there are a few things to keep in mind:

  1. Auto Pay must be turned off to activate BridgePay. You can turn Auto Pay back on after the second payment is made in full.
  2. You can't set up BridgePay if you have a new line that hasn't been activated yet.
  3. Plan or feature changes scheduled to begin at the start of your next bill must be canceled.
  4. If you chose a promotional offer that expires before your next billing cycle, the offer will no longer be available.
  5. You can cancel BridgePay up until your original payment due date. If you cancel before your payment due date, your BridgePay fee will be applied to your account as a credit.

What fees are associated with BridgePay?

My Account allows you to manage your Cricket information all in one place. You can pay your bill, change your plan, add features, and more. Need help? See our frequently asked questions below.

If you know your password, you can try to log in using your phone number. You will receive a text message with your username.
When you reset your password, we will text you a temporary password. If you do not receive the text, please wait five minutes and try again. If you still do not receive the text, call Customer Support at 1-800-CRICKET (1-800-274-2538) for assistance.
You can get your account number by signing in to your myCricket app or My Accountonline, calling or chatting with Cricket Support, or visiting a Cricket store.  
You can change your due date by calling Cricket Support. Similar to plan changes, you are limited to two (2) due date changes per billing cycle. However, your due date will change if you miss a payment and your account is suspended. If that happens, your due date will change to the date you pay your outstanding balance and your account is restored.

If you schedule a plan or feature change for the start of your next billing cycle, you won't pay for that change until your due date.
Open your myCricket app or go to My Account online to view your data usage. Remember, voice calls and text messages are unlimited.  
Yes, the language you select will apply for all communications you receive from Cricket, including text messages, emails and automated phone calls. To change your preferred language, sign in to My Account. Go to Account Settings and select the Change Language link. Choose your preferred language, then select Set Language. You'll receive confirmation on the screen and via text message.  
To turn Stream More on or off in My Account online, log in, select Account Settings in the top right. Scroll down to Your Lines and click the Manage Data link to the right of your line. Then switch the toggle On or Off depending on your preference.
Sign in to your myCricket app or My Account online. In the myCricket app, tap the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen to view your Account Settings. You will be able to see your business name, the business contact, and your account type.

How do you determine when your second BridgePay payment is due?

Example: If you make your first BridgePay payment before your due date:

  • Your due date is May 4th. You make your first BridgePay payment on May 3rd.
  • Using May 5th as the first day of your new billing cycle, count forward seven days.
  • Your second payment is due by midnight CST on May 11th.

Example: If you make your first BridgePay payment after your due date****:

Here at Cricket, we understand that life sometimes throws us curveballs, so if you need to extend your BridgePay payment for another seven days, we have you covered. BridgePay Extension allows you to extend your BridgePay by another 7 days. As long as you are already registered in BridgePay and have made your first payment, you can call us to see if you are eligible for a BridgePay Extension. Additional fees will apply. Set up BridgePay Extension in store, or call Customer Care at 1-800-CRICKET (1-800-274-2538).

What is a Cricket Refill Card?

Want to give someone Cricket cell phone services as a gift? With the Cricket Refill Card, you can.

The Cricket Refill Card is a single-use card. When you redeem the card, the total balance of the Refill Card is added to your Cricket account as a credit and then applied to your account. Any unused portion remains in your account as a credit.

The Cricket Refill Card currently comes in values of $10, $25, $35, $40, $50, and $60. You can redeem the Refill Card when you make a payment via:

  • Quick Pay
  • The myCricket app
  • 1-800-CRICKET (274-2538) or *PAY (*729) from your Cricket phone
    • Automated Phone System
    • Customer Support

How do I pay with a Cricket Refill Card?

Quick Pay Online

  1. Select Quick Pay from the top of cricketwireless.com.
  2. Enter your phone number. 
  3. Select the blue arrow to the right of Cricket Refill Card.
  4. Enter your Refill Card number.
  5. Select Validate.
  6. Review your secure payment information. If you are satisfied with your payment information, select Submit Payment. Otherwise, select Edit to change your payment amount, then Submit Payment.
  7. You'll see a payment confirmation screen. Keep the confirmation number for your records. We'll also send a text to confirm your payment.

What is the myCricket App?

  1. Open the myCricket app and sign in.
  2. Tap Payments at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap the Cricket Refill Card tab.
  4. Enter your Cricket Refill Card Number and tap Validate. A screen will appear that displays the Refill Card payment amount.
  5. Tap Submit Payment.
  6. If you want to make an additional payment, tap Make Another Payment and select Cricket Refill Card.

Note: In the app, you can't make a split payment using a Refill Card and a credit or debit card for the same transaction.

  2. Follow the prompts to complete your Cricket Refill Card payment.

Things to Keep in Mind

The Cricket Refill Card:

  • Must be redeemed for the fullamount of the card
  • Is not redeemable for cash and is not refundable
  • May be transferred, or given, to another person
  • Is good for 12 months from the date of purchase

Sign in to My Account by entering your username and password. Once you're in the Payments section:

  1. Enter your credit or debit card information and the amount you want to pay.
  2. Accept the Terms and Conditions.
  3. Select Review Payment.
  4. Review your secure payment information. If you are satisfied with your payment information, select Submit Payment. Otherwise, select Edit to change your payment amount, then Submit Payment.

My Account allows you to manage your Cricket information all in one place. You can pay your bill, change your plan, add features, and more. Need help? See our frequently asked questions below.

If you know your password, you can try to log in using your phone number. You will receive a text message with your username.
When you reset your password, we will text you a temporary password. If you do not receive the text, please wait five minutes and try again. If you still do not receive the text, call Customer Support at 1-800-CRICKET (1-800-274-2538) for assistance.
You can get your account number by signing in to your myCricket app or My Accountonline, calling or chatting with Cricket Support, or visiting a Cricket store.  
You can change your due date by calling Cricket Support. Similar to plan changes, you are limited to two (2) due date changes per billing cycle. However, your due date will change if you miss a payment and your account is suspended. If that happens, your due date will change to the date you pay your outstanding balance and your account is restored.

If you schedule a plan or feature change for the start of your next billing cycle, you won't pay for that change until your due date.
Open your myCricket app or go to My Account online to view your data usage. Remember, voice calls and text messages are unlimited.  
Yes, the language you select will apply for all communications you receive from Cricket, including text messages, emails and automated phone calls. To change your preferred language, sign in to My Account. Go to Account Settings and select the Change Language link. Choose your preferred language, then select Set Language. You'll receive confirmation on the screen and via text message.  
To turn Stream More on or off in My Account online, log in, select Account Settings in the top right. Scroll down to Your Lines and click the Manage Data link to the right of your line. Then switch the toggle On or Off depending on your preference.
